This space is created to support your inner journey and personal growth through meditation, energy work, and spiritual guidance. By using our website or participating in any of our offerings, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which help ensure clarity, respect, and harmony for all.
1. Purpose and Scope
This website and all services provided are intended to offer spiritual and personal support.
Our meditations, writings, and sessions are shared from the heart to assist with relaxation and increase self-awareness.
They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice or treatment.
If you are currently under medical or psychological care, please continue to follow the guidance of your healthcare professional. Our offerings are complementary in nature.

Your well-being is your own responsibility. By participating in any of our online sessions, workshops, or meditation practices, you acknowledge that your participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk, and that you believe yourself to be emotionally and physically capable of taking part.
Meditation and related practices may occasionally give rise to intense emotions, memories, insights, or physical sensations. Please listen to your body, intuition, and personal limits throughout the experience. If at any time you feel uncomfortable, distressed, dizzy, unwell, or otherwise unable to continue safely, you agree to stop the practice immediately, open your eyes, if appropriate, and take any necessary steps to support your well-being.
While we strive to provide a supportive and safe environment, Lvlightcodes accepts no responsibility for any injury, emotional distress, loss, damage, or other outcomes arising from your participation, except where liability cannot be excluded by the Australian Consumer Law (Victoria). Each person’s experience and journey is unique, and no particular outcome, result, or benefit can be guaranteed.
3. Feedback and Complaints
We value your feedback and welcome any questions, concerns, or complaints. If you have a concern regarding our services, please contact Lvlightcodes so we can listen and respond appropriately.
If you wish to make a complaint to an external authority, you may contact the Victorian Health Complaints Commissioner (HCC), which is an independent body responsible for handling complaints about health service providers in Victoria.
4. Age Requirement
Participation is limited to individuals aged 18 or older. By participating, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Have read and understood the Terms and have sought professional and/or legal advice should you require clarification on any aspect of the Terms; have the capacity to agree to the Terms; and agree to be legally bound by its provisions.
This website is intended solely for use by those who conform to legally binding contracts under the Australian Law
5. Technical and Environment Notice
Because these sessions are conducted online, it is your sole responsibility to ensure you are participating from a safe, quiet, and stable environment. Do not listen to or practice these meditations while driving, operating machinery, or performing any other task that requires your full, undivided attention.
6. Recordings and Social Media Use
Some sessions may be recorded (audio or video) for the purpose of sharing educational or inspirational content on our social media platforms or website.
Your privacy will always be respected:
- Your face and personal identity will not be shown in any shared recordings.
- Any shared clips will focus on general energy or sound, not on identifiable personal details.
- If you prefer not to have your voice or participation included in any form, please let us know before your session.
We are deeply grateful for your understanding and support in helping share the light of this work with others.
7. Payments and Refunds
All prices are listed in AUD.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
We understand that life can change unexpectedly, and we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling when possible. Refunds are offered only in alignment with our Cancellation Policy ( Read below)
8. Cancellations
Cancellations are to be made with a minimum of 24 hours ‘ notice (Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST). No refunds will be issued if a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before or if an appointment is missed.

All materials shared on this website—including writings, audio recordings, videos, and session materials—are the property of LV Light Codes
They are offered for personal use and inspiration only, and may not be copied, distributed, or sold without written consent.
